My whole experience was great, went to look at a newer Lowrider S. Austin my sales rep, showed me a used one, BUT with ALLLLL the bells and whistles. In the end went with the used one. Because it met all my needs and than some. Austin was ZER0 pressure, and a pleasure to work with. Jamie in finance was fantastic also, both guys totally exceeded my expectations!! A++++ service

After a few issues with a bike detail, I had sent an email expressing my concerns. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call from Zach, the service manager. This was on a Sunday! Zach was completely understanding and went above and beyond to make everything MORE that right. All of my concerns were taken care of in a timely manner and I dropped another bike off for detailing in lieu of the outstanding work done correcting the issues with the first bike. The second bike was detailed professionally, leaving me extremely satisfied. Zach and your service department left me WANTING to continue doing business with Berts Black Widow Harley Davidson! I have told several others of my experience. Thank you all for making Berts Black Widow Harley Davidson a great destination and a dealer worth bragging about! I had two bikes that I have purchased parts for since moving here from Pennsylvania two years ago. On a recent visit to Berts Port Charlotte to buy some tee shirts and browse after lunch at Twisted Fork a 2023 Tri-Glide Ultra caught my wifes attention. I asked a sales associate Cristi Glenn for some information about the bike and found myself the proud owner of a beautiful machine at a very fair price a few days later. We had a great experience throughout the process and would highly recommend Berts Black Widow for sales, parts, service or just to browse and make some new friends as we did!

Amazing service experience with Maria and MPG as my designated technician. My 1000 service was done fast, well and with a smile. This dealership is 75 min from my house but I will come back again and again. Returning my bike washed was also unexpected and amazing. Luxury car brands dont go to that extent to satisfy their customers!!! I felt SO SO special.

Lastly, I bought a helmet while waiting. The sales lady (I wish I remembered her name) was so kind and helpful. She insisted to check the helmet on to make sure it fit right.

Jon service manager took perfect care of me and the bike more importantly. He reached out fast and often as to what was going on and/or what was needed and explain it all perfectly. Much appreciated since moving here few years back and not knowing if anyone would work on it since it wasn't purchased at this business. 10's all the way around for screws
